Ashley Craig and Katie Landeros hoped and accomplished to teach and expand student's knowledge on the essence of collaboration through visual documentation, resulting in these final 3-5 minute multi-media documentary which can be used to further promote and understand sustainable living. The class was be divided into teams of two; each team was assigned an Action Research Team to document for their final multi-media project.  The class focused on theories and ethics of documentation, the technology used to document, the art of storytelling, documenting to create social awareness, while also focusing on the practice of documentation. By learning the aspects of pre-production, production and post-production, students used their theoretical understanding to create a visual story. Student projects consist of ESLP ART projects and ESLP lectures. The short multi-media pieces were then presented at the end of the year festival, are now showcased on the ESLP website and be used by present and future members of ESLP to bring awareness to the ESLP program and it's efforts to educate people on sustainable living.
